BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: Part of lots 14, 15, and 25-35, Jenkins Homestead Subdivision, not recorded, and an unplatted tract. Said parts of lots and unplatted tract form one tract beginning on the northeast line of Igou Gap Road at the southeast corner of lot 3, Corrective Plat of Regency Woods Subdivision Addition 1 and 2, as shown by plat of record in plat book 47, page 302, ROHC, thence northeast 335 feet with the southeast line of said lot to the northeast corner thereof, thence northwest 145.52 feet with the northeast line of said lot 3 to the northwest corner thereof, thence northwest some 400 feet, thence northeast some 965 feet, thence southeast some 1320 feet, thence southwest some 333 feet, thence northwest 275 feet, thence northeast 52 feet, thence northwest 140 feet, thence southwest 52 feet, thence northwest 310 feet, thence southwest some 630 feet to the northwest corner of lot 4, said Regency Woods Subdivision, thence continuing southwest 360 feet with the northwest line of said lot 4 to the northeast line of Igou Gap Road, thence northwest 50 feet with Igou Gap Road to the southeast corner of lot 3, said subdivision, the point of beginning.
